Nicole, RDH
With over 23 years of experience in dental hygiene, Nicole is passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health. Since joining Dr. Calhoon’s office in 2014, she has enjoyed building lasting relationships—welcoming new patients and reconnecting with familiar faces.
Nicole is committed to providing individualized care, ensuring every patient feels comfortable and supported during their visit. She takes pride in easing dental anxieties and loves witnessing the transformation in patients undergoing periodontal therapy—from fear to enthusiasm.
Outside of the office, Nicole enjoys gardening, cooking, baking, reading, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family.
Pam, RDH
With over 35 years of experience in dental hygiene, Pam brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and compassion to every patient interaction. For her, the most rewarding part of the job is getting to know her patients personally while helping them improve their smiles.
Pam has been happily married to her husband, Don, for over 30 years. Together, they have two grown children and two granddaughters. Outside the office, Pam enjoys yoga, painting, decorating, and cooking—especially her famous chocolate cake!
Whether she’s in the treatment room or in the kitchen, Pam’s goal is always the same: to make people smile.
Tina, RDH
Tina has been a dedicated dental hygienist since 1995, after graduating from Delaware Technical & Community College. She brings years of experience and a gentle, caring approach to patient care. As a valued part-time member of our team, Tina is passionate about promoting oral health and helping patients feel comfortable and informed.
Tina has been married to her husband, Tim, for over 30 years, and they have two grown children, Sean and Pamela. Outside the office, she enjoys hiking through state parks, traveling, and beachcombing in search of seaside treasures.
Donna, RDH
With over 30 years in dentistry, Donna discovered her passion for the profession early in her career and has never looked back. Her dedication to lifelong learning has made her an invaluable resource for the patients she serves every day.
Donna believes that the health of the body begins in the mouth, a philosophy that guides her approach to every appointment. Patients in her care can expect thorough education, genuine compassion, and treatment delivered with expertise and professionalism.
Outside the office, Donna enjoys home projects and small renovations. Her greatest joy, however, comes from time spent with her husband, two adult sons, and extended family. They often get together to visit, share a meal (she’s usually the one cooking), and simply enjoy each other’s company. When travel is on the agenda, the Caribbean and Cancun are the go-to favorites, and there’s almost always a trip in the works.
Beth, CDA
Born in Pennsylvania and raised in Delaware, Beth brings over 27 years of hands-on experience as a dedicated dental assistant. She began her journey in dental care through the dental assisting program at Hodgson Vo-Tech and further honed her skills through on-the-job training in a clinical setting.
Beth is known for her warm and friendly approach, with a focus on making every patient’s visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. She loves building connections with patients and helping create positive dental experiences.
Outside of the office, Beth enjoys spending time with her large extended family—including many nieces and nephews—as well as catching up with lifelong friends. One of her favorite getaways is vacationing with family in Ocean City, Maryland.
Tammi, DA
With over 35 years of experience in the dental field, Tammi is a valued member of our team, bringing a wealth of knowledge in both chairside care and administrative support. Her warm, compassionate approach helps patients feel comfortable and confident during their visits, and she’s passionate about creating a positive dental experience for everyone she meets.
Tammi received her training from Hodgson Vo-Tech and began her career in her home state of Delaware. In 1997, she moved to Cecil County, Maryland after meeting her husband, Anthony. They now enjoy life with their two children and a granddaughter.
When she’s not in the office, Tammi loves spending time with family and friends. Her favorite ways to unwind include beach trips and traveling to new places.
Liza, DA
Liza brings over 9 years of experience in the dental field and has been a valued member of our team. She earned her Dental Assisting degree from Delaware Technical Community College in 2014. Known for her strength, knowledge, and efficiency, Liza is a dedicated professional whose compassion for both dentistry and people shines through in everything she does.
Her caring nature and commitment to patient comfort make her an essential part of the dental experience.
Outside the office, Liza is a proud mother to her amazing daughter, who is her pride and joy. She enjoys staying active with workouts, spending quality time with family and friends, and participating in church functions.
Maureen – Administrator
As the first point of contact for our patients, Maureen is dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming environment from the moment you walk through the door. With over 30 years of experience in the medical field and office administration, she brings both expertise and compassion to her role.
Maureen is passionate about helping people and takes pride in ensuring every patient has a positive experience. Her attention to detail and caring nature help keep the office running smoothly, and she always aims to send patients home with a smile.
Outside of work, Maureen enjoys playing pickleball and spending time with family and friends. She’s a proud mom of three and stepmom of two, and cherishes quiet time at home with her two beloved dogs, Missy and Leo.
Maribeth – Administrator
Maribeth brings a warm, welcoming presence to our office and is dedicated to making every patient’s experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. With extensive experience in both office administration and the dental field, she plays a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey—ensuring they fully understand their options and the value of recommended care.
Her favorite part of the job is helping patients feel confident and informed about their dental health. Known for her attention to detail and friendly demeanor, Maribeth creates a supportive environment where every patient feels valued and cared for.
Outside of the office, Maribeth enjoys cooking, practicing yoga, and spending quality time with her husband, children, and dogs.
